Produce the working model in the Krystal Tray in the usual manner and then, using an Orbix rubber mould, produce the opposing model.

Remove the pip from the bottom of the Orbix Adaptor to form a flat surface. Before inserting the tongue into the Krystal Tray glue the Orbix adaptor to the rear top surface of the white working tongue as shown in Fig. 3. Make sure that the socket of the adaptor is pointing towards the straight (rear) edge of the tongue.

Place the models together into the correct occlusion. Locate one half of the Orbix articulator into the socket of the adaptor fixed onto the tongue and the other half into the socket on the rear of the opposing model. Apply glue to the sockets to fix the articulator in position.

To articulate two Krystal Model Trays use two Orbix Adaptors as shown in Fig.2, articulate the models, follow the procedure outlined above and apply glue to the Orbix Adaptors in the normal mannner.

CAUTION! If using an accelerator with cyanoacrylate glue only use Orbix or an approved Krystal Tray one - many accelerators will react with the white working tongues and Krystal Trays and cause damage.
