Krystal Hi-Power Articulating Magnets


 

 

Regency Technologies Ltd chose Sintered Rare Earth Magnets when they needed a magnet for use with the Krystal Model Tray in split-cast articulation.

Why Sintered Magnets?
                                                               

Sintered rare earth magnets are produced by compressing and then sintering a powdered alloy of Neodymium Iron Boron, machining to size and then applying a protective plating of nickel.

It is the latest and most powerful of all modern magnetic materials.

 

Sintered Magnets were chosen because they offered:-

High Magnetic Values

High specific energy and resistance to de-magnetisation.

Mechanical Strength

Shock resistant with excellent edge and surface definition.

Resistance to Corrosion

Nickel plating provides protection against corrosion.
