Remove a Krystal tray from the dispenser . Trim the impression in the normal way . Replace the white tongue with an orange casting tongue (supplied). Retain the white tongue for use after sectioning.

Spray the inside of the Krystal Tray and all surfaces of the Orange Casting Tongue with SnapSlip Model Release Spray. 

Articulation should be carried out before the sacrificial membrane is removed.

 Put the shaped end of the SnapFree tool into the slot under the rear edge of the tongue.

Replace all sections of the model back into the Krystal tray, and holding the model and tray securely from above, give the base of the tray a positive tap on the workbench to ensure that all the sections are fully re-seated. Replace the white working tongue to retain the die sections securely.

Krystal Model Trays have been designed to be used with the Krystal Disposable Articulator using either  two trays or

one Krystal Tray and a solid model. The Krystal Disposable Articulator has snap-off tabs to fit into the Krystal Tray or, left complete for use with solid models. The articulator is adjustable for height and gives some lateral excursion. The Krystal Disposable Articulator is fixed in position by use of the special Krystal Articulation Primer, Adhesive and Activator.
